Strategy · Architecture · Delivery

Most AI initiatives don't stall on the technology. They stall on the work underneath it.

Helping leaders shape AI decisions. Then designing and building the systems that turn those decisions into production, built so your team owns and runs the result.

What This Practice Does

Advise on the decision, design the system, build it.

I help leaders shape AI decisions before commitments are made, then design and build the systems that turn those decisions into production.

The work sits at the architecture and application layer: integrations, tools, automations, and agents running on top of the software and data you already have. Not full software stacks, and not model building.

Where a strategy is ready, I help turn it into working architecture, integrations and automations, then support your team through the handover.

How I Work

Every engagement follows the Groundwork Method: four phases with decision gates. Any phase can be the entry and exit point.

Phase 01

Discover

Define the problem and validate a solution direction. Ends with a documented problem statement, an agreed solution direction, and scope.

Phase 02

Design

Solution detailed enough to build without ambiguity — workflow, data, interfaces, integrations, governance, architecture trade-offs. Scope locks here.

Phase 03

Build

Develop, test, and validate against the agreed design. Built in increments, most critical component first.

Phase 04

Enable

Training and enabling your team to understand, run, maintain and improve the systems independently.

Not sure which service fits? Start with a short conversation. I'll map your situation to the right entry point and decide together whether to proceed.

Sovereignty

Adopt AI without giving up your data

Part of every engagement is deciding where each task belongs: self-hosted, frontier models, Switzerland / Europe / your own estate, and understanding trust boundaries between each system.

These decisions are made during Design and documented, with the cost difference stated. Wherever the system ends up hosted, the route to moving it somewhere else is part of the design.

Where to start

Start with a short introductory call.

Tell me about your situation. I'll help you map out what's needed and whether I'm the right person to help.

Start the conversation

No cost and no obligation on the first conversation.
